3.3 B2B & Bulk Orders

• Bulk orders (10+ units) require advance payment of 50%
• Government and institutional orders follow GeM/NSIC guidelines
• Custom orders require signed purchase orders and advance payment
• Volume discounts available for orders above Rs. 5,00,000

6. IndiaMART Terms

6.1 IndiaMART Store Policy

• We are a verified "TrustSEAL" seller on IndiaMART
• All product listings include accurate specifications, pricing, and delivery terms
• Response time to inquiries: Within 2 business hours
• We maintain 95%+ response rate and positive buyer ratings

6.2 Lead Management

• Buyer inquiries receive detailed quotations within 24 hours
• Sample requests handled as per IndiaMART sample policy
• We do not share buyer contact information with third parties
• Dispute resolution through IndiaMART's resolution center

7. Amazon Business Terms

7.1 Amazon Business Policies

• All Amazon orders subject to Amazon Business Terms and Conditions
• Prime eligibility on select products with FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon)
• Business pricing and GST invoices available for B2B customers
• Amazon A-to-Z Guarantee applies to all eligible purchases

7.2 Seller Performance

• We maintain Order Defect Rate (ODR) below 1%
• Shipping confirmation within 24-48 hours

• Products listed on Facebook/Instagram Shop are for direct purchase or inquiry
• Prices on social media may vary from website prices due to platform fees
• Messenger/Instagram DM responses within 4 business hours
• Checkout on Instagram/Facebook subject to Meta Commerce Policies

8.2 User-Generated Content

• By tagging us or using our hashtags, you grant us permission to feature your content
• We may share customer testimonials and reviews across platforms
• Influencer partnerships disclosed as per ASCI guidelines

8.3 WhatsApp Business

9. Payment & Pricing

9.1 Payment Methods

• Offline: NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, Cheque (subject to clearance), Cash (below Rs. 2,00,000)
• Credit Terms: Available for approved B2B customers (Net 30/45/60)
• EMI: Available through select partners (3-24 months)

9.2 Pricing Policy

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (Rs. ) inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
• Prices subject to change without notice; order confirmation locks price
• Platform-specific discounts cannot be combined
• GST input credit available on all B2B invoices

9.3 Taxes

• GST @ 18% applicable on all products (HSN Code: 8528, 8518 as applicable)
• IGST for interstate, CGST+SGST for intra-state supplies
• Export orders: LUT filed; 0% GST with valid shipping bill

10. Shipping & Delivery

10.1 Delivery Terms

• Standard Delivery: 7-10 business days across India
• Express Delivery: 3-5 business days (additional charges apply)
• Bulk Orders: 15-20 business days depending on quantity
• Installation: Included for select products in metro cities

10.2 Shipping Policy

• Free shipping on orders above Rs. 50,000 (standard delivery)
• Products insured during transit at our cost
• Tracking information provided within 24 hours of dispatch
• Delivery to serviceable pin codes only

10.3 Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to buyer upon delivery confirmation. Inspect goods immediately upon receipt and report damage within 24 hours.

11. Warranty & Returns

• Digital Signage/Displays: 3 years comprehensive warranty
• Interactive Panels: 3 years on-site warranty
• Kiosks/Podiums: 2 years warranty + 1 year extended available
• Accessories: 1 year warranty

11.2 Warranty Coverage

Covered: Manufacturing defects, component failures, software issues
Not Covered: Physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, natural disasters, normal wear and tear

11.3 Return Policy

• Dead on Arrival (DOA): Replacement within 7 days
• Defective Products: Repair/replacement within warranty period
• Wrong Product: Return within 48 hours of delivery
• No Returns: Customized products, software licenses, installed products

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
